Peaceful and quiet cul-de-sac as you enjoy the morning and evening herds of deer pass by, from inside our little Studio or out on the 8’ x 42‘ deck. You feel as if you are in the middle of “nowhere” but are only 30 min from Branson and 30 minutes from Springfield. Only 3.5 miles (6 min) from the “Greenhouse Two Rivers” in Highlandville. All the amenities of home. Electric fireplace, queen size bed, a full size sofa bed with a full kitchen and a coffee bar. Sleeps 2 Adults&2 Kids, OR 3 Adults.

Quiet walkout suite in Country setting

This is a Christian home, located equal distance from Springfield, MO and Branson, with 30 minutes either direction. We are about 5 miles from Trail Springs mountain bike park. We are 15 minutes from Ozark Mill project and downtown area. We are 10 minutes from great hiking trails at Busiek State Park, (URL HIDDEN) and many other hiking opportunities within 30 minutes. Step into the past and experience farmhouse living in this completely remodeled 100+ year 2 story, which was the homestead for a Missouri Century Farm. This basement rental with a private entrance is located in a quiet area in reach of Springfield, Branson and surrounding areas. The kitchenette area decorated in a Coca-Cola theme provides a bit of nostalgia, adding to the cozy feel of the space. We desire to make your stay as comfortable as possible, providing local insights while also working hard to honor your privacy. A laundry room is a shared area, but we work hard to limit use while guests are here.
