Shared access to a large fire pit with the main house. Pet friendly. Close proximity to a boat launch at Narrows Park across from Lacey's Marina or Sugar Loaf Marina.

The new owners ( Delores & Rhonda) have rejuvenated the property with new colors & amenities. Nestled in a beautiful hollow with walking access (.03 of a mile) to Greers Ferry Lake. It's not unusual to see road runners, deer, turkey & hear yelps of coyotes in the distance. To add to your experience each cabin has a fire pit, sittin' porch & grill!

Launching facilities and swimming are also available just a 1/4 mile away at the Narrows State Park. Heber Springs is just 30 minutes East. Enjoy the spacious yard perfect for outdoor activities or just relax on the large deck while enjoying the peaceful secluded surroundings. There is TV, DVD player with movies but NO CABLE. Handicap accessible ramp.

The pathway to the water has a beautiful view and a great place to jump in the lake or drop a fishing line. Water equipment provided for guests includes 2 kayaks with paddles and more. This lake house has 2 king lakeview rooms with new hybrid mattresses. The twin room has a new memory foam mattress that pulls out to make a King. The loft has a Queen mattress. Electric fireplace & updated kitchen.

Crockett's escape treehouse is an amazing lodging experience with a 180- degree view of beautiful Greers Ferry Lake. The private woodland retreat for two adults features a two-person jacuzzi hot tub that allows you to look over the entire lake. It is all about the view. This chalet style house with floor to ceiling windows, has more than 180 degrees view of the lake, and sits 600 feet above the water. Don't be alarmed if a plane flies below you while you're sitting on the deck! In our opinion, both the house and the lot make the view one of the very best on Greers Ferry Lake! Photos cannot do this place justice. It has to be seen!
