The house has its own boat ramp so if you want to bring your own boat you can. If not there are places to rent them from. Hope you come and enjoy our piece of paradise.

Welcome to our quiet & cozy studio apartment located in our basement. You have your own driveway, entrance, and a private space that locks separately so you can relax. The studio is about 800 square feet, giving you plenty of room during your stay. Our location is close to Hickory, Morganton, with easy drives to Lake James, Table Rock, Blue Ridge Parkway, Boone, and Charlotte. The best part is the peaceful setting on our 70-acre farm where you’re free to explore and enjoy the countryside.

On the first floor, you will find a full kitchen, living area, laundry & two bedrooms. The second floor accommodates two full bedrooms, as well as another half bath. Our home provides everything you need for a wonderful stay.

The 2-1-3 house

The 2-1-3 house is a charming 1950's bungalow right in the heart of hickory, just minutes from downtown, Lenoir Rhyne college, and many other corporate offices. Coffee houses, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and dry cleaning are all within walking distance. The 215 is pet friendly, however we REQUIRE a $20 pet fee, per pet ,also no more than 2 pets allowed. Animals can be no larger than 40 lbs. When you book please select the amount of guest including the pet/pets as guest.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This is the upper floor/unit of a two level house. The entire house can also be rented for larger groups. Message me for more details. The home features a king bed master with private bathroom, a queen bedroom, and full bedroom. There is a twin sleeper sofa as well. Parking for 2-3 cars.Walking distance to some shops and restaurants in Viewmont. Safe neighborhood. Sorry, no pets allowed.
