Surrounded by stone patio with outdoor living room and fireplace and adjacent our main house. One reserved parking spot on Rustic lane behind the cottage.

Enjoy locally roasted coffee on the screened porch, s'mores by the fire pit & dinner under the pergola. Cook in the semi custom kitchen. Sleep on comfy queen beds w/ soft cotton sheets. Enjoy pickle ball (use our set!) at Tuxedo Park. Walk/bike around beautiful Lake Summit. Flat Rock: 3 miles, Hendersonville: 8 miles, Travelers Rest: 22 miles, Asheville: 35 miles. Approx 1,000 sq ft 1920's cottage completely remodeled with the 20's feel still present with the original hardwood flooring, interior doors (no working locks) and trim. The bedrooms are smaller because of this fact but it doesn't lack in character! Circle drive around back of cottage with plenty of parking as well as private back yard. Close to everything that historic Hendersonville and Flat Rock has to offer!
