The Granary sits between the 100+ year old barn and our family cabin residence.

Amazing Daisy is located only 3 blocks from South Main St. Only a 15 minute walk to fabulous shopping, a brewery, pastry shops and numerous restaurants. Drive 10 minutes to beautiful Maggie Valley or 35 minutes to Asheville to tour the Biltmore Estate!

This cottage sets in the Bethel Valley surrounded by Cold Mountain. Located 18 miles from Asheville, 9 miles to Waynesville and 30 miles to Western Carolina University. Short drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway to take on a few hiking trails. Take in the sights of some of Brevard's World Famous Waterfalls, and other amazing views along the way. In the winter, you can enjoy the slopes at Cataloochee Ski resort. Same day bookings are accepted. Please give us a 3 day notice of cancellation.

The Mayor's Cottage in Downtown Waynesville

This recently renovated cottage is perfectly located in downtown Waynesville, only 2 blocks from the town's thriving Main Street and easily accessible to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Great Smokies National Park, and other area amenities and attractions. Cozy and attractive, it provides comfort and convenience while retaining its historical charm. The large fenced-in yard is perfect for children to play in and also for small dogs, which may be allowed with pre-approval by the owner.

Blackberry Cottage

Welcome to Blackberry Cottage! Our quaint, imperfect Farm Cottage was built in 1928 and much of it was updated in the spring of 2020. Come relax in the heated/cooled Cottage and enjoy the beautiful scenery and splendor that the Mountains of Western NC has to offer. Take day trips and visit the Blue Ridge Parkway, historic Waynesville, Canton, and Asheville then settle back into one of our cozy beds back at Blackberry Cottage... And don’t forget to visit the goats!!

Craftsman style home built in 1917 with lots of character. Lake Junaluska is a resort area run by the Methodist Church. Lots of walking/biking trails. Close to a coffee shop/ice cream shop. Multiple access points to Great Smokey Mountains. Close to Maggie Valley, Cataloochee Ski Resort, Waynesville and 30 minutes from Asheville. Five nice golf courses in the immediate area. Swimming pool within walking distance. A GREAT place for a family vacation!

Cheerful Mountain Cottage with Hot Tub

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This home is three miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway, one mile from Balsam Mountain Preserve, fifteen minutes from WCU, twenty five minutes from the Great Smokey Mountain National Park and Cherokee Casino and thirty minutes west of Asheville. My gravel drive does have an incline that even small cars can make it up easily. Motorcycles and trailers may find it hard to navigate.

The 10 acre property is surrounded by rolling pastures filled with horse, sheep and flower farms. Miles of protected ridgeline can be enjoyed right from the front porch. Modern amenities and cozy features make for a perfect home base to explore all that Western North Carolina has to offer.

Retreat to the mountains in this secluded white cottage on the farm. At our little white house, you’ll be able to gaze at the twinkling constellations while enjoying the fire pit, sit on the back porch and admire the Blue Ridge Parkway in the distance while listening to the creek, and live side by side with our farm’s prize-winning Brown Swiss cattle. *Please note the fireplace is not operational.
