Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. The home has a fully equipped kitchen, dining at the table or counter for up to eight, and a spacious living room with 22 foot ceilings and large widows to bring in the natural light. Enjoy meals, morning coffee, or evening drink of choice on the large, private, screened-in porch, while enjoying a nice view of the golf course and pond.

Two beach chairs are available for your use. Our place is able to accomodate two guests (ages 12 & up), and we are not able to accept larger parties. Topsail Island is beautiful year round and offers great opportunities for recreation and relaxation!
