Lo chalet è all'interno di in un’oasi verde di prato, pascolo e orti, circondata da una fitta foresta di pini secolari. Ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, il contatto con se stesso e la natura. La vista sui 4000 svizzeri è mozzafiato! Durante la stagione invernale, in caso di nevicate, bisognerà parcheggiare a circa 500 mt dallo chalet, vi aiuteremo volentieri con i vostri bagagli!

The chalet is fully autonomous with solar charged batteries for electricity, fresh spring water, and a fireplace for heating (basic fire making skills are helpful). Enjoy the simple pleasures of privacy, beautiful views and fresh mountain air from a cozy and tasteful cabin in the alps.

Das Chalet ist im Moment für 2 Personen geeignet und komplett ausgestattet. Küche und Bad wurden renoviert (2024/25).

Spend relaxing days in the "Cortinella - Alpine Hideaway", a simply furnished chalet up to 6 people, which nevertheless offers you all the comforts you expect from a home in the mountains. The property is located in the agricultural zone away from any civilisation. The car park is about a 20-minute walk from the house. A driving licence to the property can be purchased. In snowy conditions, access is only possible on foot (with snowshoes).

Die sanft renovierte Wohnung im alten Bauernhaus bietet ein Doppelbett, ein ausziehbares Sofa (Doppelbett) und zwei Kinderbetten (160 cm). Einfach, rustikal und gemütlich. Completano la baita un ampio giardino affacciato sulla valle.
