This cabin sits in a quiet community just outside of Pangburn, AR which is home of the Rainbow Trout. Within 15-20 minutes is Heber Springs and Searcy and within 1 hour is Conway and Little Rock. Relax in the evenings on the large deck with a bbq and a soak in the hot tub. The deck is great for observing the local wildlife such as geese and river otters. Great location if you fish or use the beautiful lake. Plenty of room for boat parking with plug ins. Two miles from Greers Ferry Lake. Cozy property with a fenced in back yard and large front yard. Home is set back off the street. A lot of parking for vehicles and boats with battery plug in accessibility. One queen size bed and two chairs that pull out to make two single beds.
