We are also 1.5 miles from Greers Ferry Lake. Hiking, hunting, Atv riding, all close. Little Red river short drive, best trout fishing. You can hunt on the property.

Launching facilities and swimming are also available just a 1/4 mile away at the Narrows State Park. Heber Springs is just 30 minutes East. Handicap accessible ramp.

Don't be alarmed if a plane flies below you while you're sitting on the deck! In our opinion, both the house and the lot make the view one of the very best on Greers Ferry Lake!
