We have often stood at the huge windows of this ground level space and watched mother deer with their fawns play in the yard. Our studio apt has an industrial loft feel, w/garage-door window, exposed pipes & soundproofing. Clean & bright, with dedicated entrance, open floor plan, kitchenette (microwave only) & clawfoot tub/shower. Noise from above is likely. Because of the noise transfer, we are limited to no more than 2 guests at any time. We are in a very quiet neighborhood so it is not a good fit for folks who want to come and go at all hours of the night. Please no smoking or vaping of any kind in/on premises.

The living space is downstairs: two bedrooms, a great room with small fridge, microwave, dining area and living area. There is a private bath.
