This house is located less than five minutes from the High School if you are in town for sporting/music events. The Joplin Art House is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood within 2 miles of restaurants, shopping, I-44 & schools. I try my best to be flexible & provide my guests with the best experience possible!

Peoria Hills/Cabin/Route66 /casinos/lodging

The log cabin is located in the hills of Peoria, OK. on twenty plus acres of land. Amenities include Wi-Fi, small bathroom with shower only, TV, sleeping arrangements are a queen bed, a sofa bed, and an air mattress upon request . Lots of room outdoors to walk around, the terrain is rocky and uneven so sturdy shoes are recommended. With a small pond close by Deer, fox, skunks, raccoons and coyotes are roaming the woods so please pay attention to small animals and children when outdoors

Old Missouri Farm

Newly remodeled, 120 yr old farm house and cattle ranch on 125 acres of Ozark fields and forest off historic Route 66 Highway. We welcome those who can stay just one night or those who want to stay longer. Hike in our woods, view wildlife, enjoy a bonfire, or just sit on the porch and relax! We have an Activity Barn with all sorts of outdoor gear/toys. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and we are close to the historic town of Carthage where there are several great restaurants.

Welcome to Joplin! This home is located on the outer skirts of town, just 7 miles South of the Mercy Hospital. The home sits on 10 acres of land you are welcome to explore. We offer a one of a kind experience. This recently remodeled cabin offers the perfect retreat. Disconnect, by grabbing a book or one of your favorite movies and cozy up next to our fire place. We are surrounded by water, with the best fishing in Newton County. The space Includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, a gas stove and a table for two. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a large closet space. We also provide a washer and dryer. TV and WIFI

Retreat Venue at Ozark Highlands Farm

Thanks to two of our former guests, Kerry & Mary Hersch, who shared some of Kerry's wonderful photos for our site. Stirling, a spacious 5-bedroom farmhouse (sleeps 17,) on 60 beautiful, Ozark acres, offers opportunities to explore, play in the creek, or just sit on the deck and relax! As of, August, 2025, Thirties & the Milk House are Cottages on our property which are both currently rented full-time, but that can change, so feel free to ask!

Everyone will enjoy easy access from this centrally located home. Things to do include Neosho Historic Square, parks & biking trails, bowling, movies, Neosho National Fish Hatchery & Crowder College. Nearby is Route 66, Precious Moments, casinos, airports, Crystal Bridges, University of Arkansas, and minor league baseball. We are within 35 miles of Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas & Oklahoma.
