Ampi spazi per sei persone: un grande salone-camera da letto con camino (letto matrimoniale a baldacchino e un letto singolo); una stanza con altro letto matrimoniale; un letto singolo indipendente; bagno e una grande cucina. Ristrutturata da poco, THECASETTA2 è una casa in pietra del 1860 immersa nel verde. Situata in posizione dominante (550 mt. sul livello del mare) si raggiunge tramite una strada non asfaltata appena rinnovata. In questo luogo magico non esiste nessun tipo di inquinamento acustico o luminoso, gode di una vista meravigliosa sulla valle Bormida. La piscina, leggermente più in alto rispetto la casa, in posizione super panoramica è davvero un luogo di grande relax

Romantic old house in Govone, Roero

The house built in 1943 has a splendid view of the Roero hills, with vineyards on one side and the Govone Castle on the other. The house was my family's country house and has been totally preserved with the exception of the two bathrooms and the kitchen which were completely renovated in 2016. In 2022 important works aimed at saving energy were carried out: insulation on the external walls, replacement of windows and shutters, solar panels and heat pump.
