The upper-level deck provides plenty of space with seating, a fire pit, a gas grill, and a large outdoor dining table. The house offers one queen bed, one full bed, and one king bed. It’s remote and seclude and situated down about 500 feet of gravel road, just 6 miles from the quaint town of Garfield.

Welcome to our peaceful and beautiful wooded lot with plenty of parking for trailers and space to hike. 25 minute drive to bike trails between Lake leatherwood, Bentonville and Rogers. Master bedroom has a comfortable queen and walking closet. Second room has a queen bed, and a sofa bed in the livingroom. Amenities like internet, smart TV, mini fridge, cooking stove, coffee, utensils, plates, microwave, extra full bed if requested, bike wash station. Basement has a private entrance for guests.

The home is unique to the area and features a casual, modern space that is peaceful and welcoming. Situated in a somewhat remote location in the woods that surround Beaver Lake. It is 30 min from Crystal Bridges Museum and about 45 min from Eureka Springs. It is part of Lost Bridge Village and about 10 min from Marina that rents boats. LGBT friendly and great for sailors, divers, couples, solo adventurers. The site is quite STEEP however and not for everyone. Wifi often goes out in storms.
