This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Välkomna att bo granne med älgar och rådjur. I detta lilla mysiga hus bor ni på en egen tomt längst upp på Frejs Backe. Tomten har en stor altan runt tre sidor av huset, med sol till frukost, lunch och middag. Vid huset finns en stor gräsmatta lämplig för lek och spel. Omgivningarna består av ängar och vacker skog. 200 m till badbrygga och 800 m till klippor och strand i kvällssolen. Köket har spis, ugn, kyl & frys och micro. Ena sovrummet har våningssäng och i vardagsrummet finns en braskamin.

Välkommen till en skärgårdsidyll. Ett före detta skärgårdshemman. Stuga vid havet med egen brygga. Beläget i Kolsvik som är en liten by på Yxlan. I närhet till skog och mark samt nära sandstrand. Tillgång till en liten båt om man vill ro. Kvällssol på bryggan till sent på kvällen där man kan sitta och äta middag. Nyrenoverat hus med tillgång till fullt utrustat kök samt vardagsrum. Havsutsikt. Bastu vid bryggan med tillhörande dusch. WC finns i huset. 1 sovrum samt en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet.

Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Welcome to wonderful Stockholm archipelago and our cottage Lydia's on Norröra. Our wonderful cottage is known from Astrid Lindgren's iconic TV series Saltkråkan and is suitable for friendgroups, the couple in love or a family with kids. Cottage is located on a large estate, only 10 minutes walk from the ferry stop and 5 min to our private jetty located on the public sandy beach. Enjoy a dinner in the beautiful garden, walks in the forrest and bask in a sauna before the evening dip...
