Our Curious | Opossum Hollow

Welcome to Opossum Hollow in the quaint mountain town of Travelers Rest! Our partially restored 1984 Airstream Excella, lovingly referred to as `Possum Holler', is situated on the same property as our home. With a covered space for parking and a 35 foot skylight deck, this outdoor space is designed for cool evening lounging and warm afternoon napping. We worked with a number of local artisans to design and create the entire space, ensuring most every element is handmade, upcycled, and recycled!

Shiloh Cottage

Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, a cat, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

Morris Farm Guesthouse Goats Blue Ridge Sunrise

Blue Ridge Mountain Sunrise! This beautiful 26 acre working farm has been home to the Morris Family for over 100 years. The property is 5 minutes from downtown Weaverville and 15 minutes from Downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Experience country life close to the city. The tiny home is located in the scenic neighborhood of Haw Creek, tucked away in nature but only a 5-minute drive to downtown. The house is walking distance to Penny Cup Coffee and Creekside Taphouse, two local favorites. Large trees and wildlife abound in the backyard and can be viewed through the bedroom windows or from the brand new back porch. Inside, the tiny home has a modern yet rustic feel. You will find everything you need, and your host lives on the property and is just a text away.

The Retreat at Fall Branch Falls

Welcome to the Retreat at Fall Branch Falls! Nature abounds in this whimsical forest retreat. Surrounded by rhododendron, ferns and endless forest views, and filled with the soothing sounds of the creek, the wilderness is right at your back door. Enjoy a short hike to the Fall Branch Falls waterfall. Soak up the sounds of the creek as you sip your morning coffee on the porch.
