(70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. We have created a little tribute to our favorite places - Indonesia, Morocco, Spain and Mexico. Seahouse Studio - Private Beach Access, Pets

Seahouse Studio is located on one of the Mornington Peninsula's most spectacularly unique properties. This converted battery house sits perched atop a cliff, overlooking uninterrupted views of Port Phillip Bay, where dolphins frequent and the Melbourne CBD skyline peeks through the horizon. Warneet retreat is a cosy little home away from home. It's ideal for couples or singles. It has a queen size bed. Well behaved dogs are welcome! It's separate from the main house and has front and back doors, a fenced deck and barbecue area. There is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron supplied. The kitchen has a large fridge, electric cook top and microwave oven. Relax in front of the 50 inch TV, watch Netflix or play a game.The retreat is heated and cooled by a split system.

The Workshop @ Kilfera

Looking for a weekend getaway or simply a place to lay your head after a busy day of catching up with family and friends? Come and stay at the Workshop@Kilfera on the fringe of Melbourne. A fun, unique and quirky suite for two on a private property in beautiful Harkaway, only minutes from restaurants and tourist attractions. Enjoy the peaceful setting surrounded by gorgeous nature. Listen to the birds chirping and the rustling of wind through the 100 year old Cypress trees.

The Little House - 1 Queen bed, Netflix, Wi-Fi

The property is located in peaceful, residential area of Mount Eliza, backing on to a small Nature Reserve. The accommodation suits couples or singles (1 Queen size bed offered), well behaved pets are welcome. The guesthouse is in close proximity to the main residence but it is in separate building with it's own access through the side gate. Internet and Netflix available.

Driftwood @ McCrae

Our one bedroom studio apartment with ensuite is conveniently located 1 km from McCrae beach set in 2/3 acre of garden. It comfortably sleeps two and is dog friendly only (no cats). However, I need to know in advance if you intend bringing your dog. You also have the use of a deck with bar-b-q and sea glimpses which is adjoining the main house not the guest house.

Hideaway at Mt Martha Beach.

Hideaway in your own private, comfortable room, with heater and electric blanket for winter. Secluded spot across the road from a beautiful swimming snorkeling and fishing beach with a leash free area for man's best friend. Linen and towels provided, ensuite and a simple breakfast. Also have use of the BBQ. Walk to the Mt Martha village.

Little Mount Martha

Little Mount Martha is a pet-friendly, spa retreat on the Mornington Peninsula. The studio has its own parking, gated access, private garden with outdoor spa, kitchen, fireplace and ensuite. Walking distance to beaches and the village. Short drive from Mornington Peninsula wineries, restaurants, the Pillars, hiking trails and much more!

Seaford SeaScape

Only 5 minute walk to the beach, this fully detached suite comfortably sleeps two, with free WIFI. A ten minute walk to Seaford Station and village, enjoy walks on the trail network or with your toes in the sand! Close to wineries and surf beaches! The spacious backyard is shared with host family, but your privacy is respected.

Littlewood at Red hill

The studio is at one end of the main house and has its own separate driveway, entrance and courtyard. Recently renovated, the space is fresh and clean and comfortable. A Lovely lounge area with a wood fire, and great views of the trees, generous king size bed, dining area adjoining a well equipped Kitchen.
