We are opposite the slipway so have easy access to launch. A 5 min walk to Fowey’s shops & restaurants. We have a 1 bed flat sleeps 2, The Slipway Suite four doors away.

Welcome to our private four-bed apartment in the heart of Fowey, a most magical place where great memories are made. The property accommodates up to six guests, with a large bed in the beautifully decorated bedroom, a sofa bed in the lounge area and 2 single beds in the mezzanine area of the apartment. The apartment has a kitchen, two bathrooms, a mezzanine and a well appointed terrace with table and chairs. Enjoy breakfast whilst enjoying the lovely views of the marina and river Fowey below.

Little Ardwyn is a newly completed self contained log cabin with beautiful views overlooking the river Fowey. While compact, it is well designed and modern, with open plan living, featuring superfast broadband, smart tv, king size bed, fold away table, kitchen, separate shower room and under floor heating. It has large patio doors which open onto a good sized private patio, with comfortable furniture, bbq and fire pit where the river views can be enjoyed. Off road parking is provided to guests.

Cedar lodge is a detached modern property, located up behind the main house, nestled in a semi-walled garden with a private patio area which enjoys a southerly aspect. Bi-fold doors lead into an open plan living room with a modern fitted kitchen. A sliding door leads to a bedroom with an en-suite shower room. There are heaters in the lounge and bedroom and heated towel rail in the shower room. A parking space is at the bottom of the path leading up to the property approximately 50 meters away.

The Old Harbour Master's House

Our family holiday home was once the residence for the late Fowey Harbour master. It is located in a peaceful elevated position with parking (3 cars max) and views of the harbour mouth and out to sea. Extensively renovated to include balconies and terraces this modern, comfortable space accommodates a Maximum 6 ADULTS and 2 CHILDREN (please message if unsure) Sorry no pets due to allergies. Perfectly located for Ready Money Cove and a short stroll to the delights of this harbour town.
