The garage can be used to store your bikes or ski's and parking available in front of house for vehicles. Walking out the front door is a beautiful view of Longs Peak and the Rocky Mountains. I have two "Scottish Fold" cats who live in my space so, if you have cat allergies this may not be the place for you.

I may be about $10 more than a "bed for the night" place but my place is very comfortable and highly reviewed. You’ll have a nice bedroom w/private bathroom in the room. I welcome guests to use the kitchen & dining table. I’m close to public transport and a short 10 minute drive to downtown FoCo/CSU. I also rent the basement of my home which is separate from your space.

We are now upgrading all of our guests to our our top floor premium Lighthouse suite. You will not be disappointed when you stay in this very spacious room away from it all. You have your own refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and private bath. This suite sleeps 2 for the $85. It can sleep 2 additional on it's trundle bed for $45. more per night. If you ever need additional guests beyond that to stay with you the Garden room is available. The Garden Queen room is $85. per night.
