Sound travels, so you might hear the upstairs guest walking from time to time. The unit includes two bedrooms with two queen beds with a living room , bathroom and kitchen with its own entrance. The unit can be COLD during March-Sept if it’s hot outside. NO THERMOSTAT! Huge, nice space and worth it

Step back in time and place into the historic village of Salem -- the name chosen by Moravian settlers in 1766 because it means "Peace." Over 150 years later, Mr. Owens, a successful RJR tobacco executive, built the house at 416 South Main Street in Winston-Salem for his family. In 1930-31 he gave the property to the Moravian Church. The Church divided the large house into Upstairs and Downstairs apartments used until 2017 by missionary families and by other friends of the Church.
