The apartment is located in Feldmeilen, directly on Lake Zurich with a balcony and great lake view. Right across the street there is a small park with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The apartment is 20 minutes from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant and grocery stores are 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

This apartment has roughly 50 square meters and is split into a hallway leading straight into the living room. The living room is integrated with the dining area and followed by a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom provides a comfortable queen sized bed for 2 and the couch is ideal for a relaxed evening or afternoon. I live in a 4 1/2-room apartment in a quiet (normally), clean and safe suburb of Zurich. on the second (feels like third) floor with balcony, no elevator. Easily reachable by public transportation (every 15 minutes by day and 30 minutes in the evening). Night trains on Friday and Saturday. About 30 Minutes from the main station (if you follow the instructions and already have a tricket!). About 10 minutes to walk from public transportation.

It includes a sink and toilet, fridge, microwave, and kettle. No full kitchen. Shower is on the 1st floor. The room is on the 4th/5th floor. A beautiful rooftop terrace is also available.
