The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Our outdoor therapy hot tub, indoor/outdoor gas fireplace, and spacious two-person, walk-in shower make for a getaway so tranquil, you may never make it in to nearby Asheville! We're out in the country but just over a 15-minute drive from downtown Asheville, Biltmore, Hendersonville, Asheville Airport, and dozens of breweries.

This net-zero house is conveniently located on one secluded acre 5 miles from Asheville Regional Airport, 6 miles from Sierra Nevada Brewing Company. Built-in 2020 by Blue Ridge Energy Systems, Asheville's oldest green builder (est. 1977), it features large south facing triple pane windows, six-inch walls, 6.5 kW of PV panels, and a Tesla destination charger. Handcrafted cherry bed frames support queen size Casper memory foam mattresses in each bedroom and a handcrafted cherry table seats six.
