Posto auto all'ingresso della struttura riservato agli ospiti. La casa e circondata da un giardino recintato a disposizione degli ospiti. Il tracciato della pista ciclabile, che attraversa Pavia fiancheggiando il Ticino, passa davanti alla casa. Per la sicurezza, per gli ospiti più piccoli al piano superiore un apposito cancello chiude la scala.

This wonderful bohemian apartment is nestled in the beautiful countryside of northern Italy. 10 min car ride to Pavia and a 15 min walk through the rice fields, takes you to one of the most beautiful Monasteries in Italy. Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
