Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

Apartment Hans - Ferienwohnung mit Charme

Die neu renovierte und liebevoll ausgestattete Wohnung mit traumhaftem, unverbautem Bergblick auf den Kramer und die Ammergauer Alpen bietet sie auf 27m2 genug Platz für einen entspannten Urlaub in den Bergen und ist der perfekte Ort für Paare, kleine Familien oder Freunde bis zu 3 Personen. Die Wohnung liegt in optimaler Lage für viele Aktivitäten im Sommer und im Winter, und ist fußläufig in ca. 12 Min vom Garmischer Zentrum entfernt. Die Bergbahnen sind in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

HoffmannNestGarmisch, ruhig und gemütlich

HoffmannsNest Garmisch befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage im Ortsteil Garmisch. Zu Fuß sind der Hausberg und das Zentrum in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Von der Terrasse aus gibt einen schönen Blick auf die Berglandschaft. Die Ferienwohnung wurde zum September 2019 neu ausgestattet und verfügt über TV und Wlan. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich in der Nähe. Von hier aus können Sie schöne Ausflüge in das gesamte Oberland unternehmen. Die kleine Küche lädt zum gemütlichen Frühstück und mehr ein.

Wir vermieten eine gemütliche Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss mit separatem Eingang. Das Studio besteht aus Wohnküche und Wohn-Schlafraum mit extra Bad. Die großzügige Südterrasse mit Zugang zum Garten wirst du besonders schätzen.

Wir freuen uns Euch als Gäste in unserer 1-Zimmerwohnung am Waldrand begrüßen zu dürfen. Die kleine Wohnung Waldeck hat eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile, eine Essecke mit TV, ein 1,80 m breites Boxspringbett und eine Dusche mit WC. WLAN steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Der Hauseingang ist ebenerdig, dann geht man eine Treppe hinunter. Die Fewo, mit einer 18 qm großen Terrasse und Sitzmöbel, liegt dann auch ebenerdig, da unser Haus am Hang liegt. Die Kurtaxe kommt zum Endpreis noch dazu.

Der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Ausflüge in die wunderschöne Umgebung. Die 2021 kernsanierte Wohnung ist optimal ausgestattet für 2 Personen und lädt zum Verweilen im großen Wohnbereich, Schlafzimmer oder Terrasse ein.

The fresh renovated holiday apartment is centrally located in the town of Farchant, 4km from the center of Garmisch. The train station, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Various hiking opportunities, cycling tours and cross-country ski trails are in the immediate vicinity. The Garmisch Classic & Zugspitze ski areas can be reached by car, bus or train. Guests of Lenz holiday apartment receive a 20% discount on ski rental at Sprenzel ski school in Garmisch.

Die Wohnung wurde 2021 neu renoviert und verfügt über ein Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, eine Küche und ein kleines Bad mit Dusche. Sie bietet Platz für 2 Personen. Auf der großzügigen Terrasse können Sie verweilen und im Sommer auch grillen.
