Come and relax in our cozy studio perfect for a couple. Your space is private and filled with all the ammenities you could ask for. There is a small kitchenette that is fully equipped, a living room to enjoy complimentary beverages and freshly baked cookies. The bedroom has quality sheets, darkening shades and a sound machine to help you sleep. Outside you have your own private entrance and patio for enjoying a morning of bird watching. We do live up on a hill but there is room to turn around.

Porter Hill Perch

The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Located six miles from the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway. Only 15 mins from the historic Biltmore Estate. A 15 min drive to downtown Asheville and Chimney Rock is 15 miles. Many great restaurants nearby. We have a family sized kitchen if you want to cook here. Grocery store 1/2 mile away. Go for a hike, bike ride, or shop or come back and enjoy the evening on the back porch with hammock outside. We also have firepit with chairs to enjoy the outside.
