Set back from bustle of Brunswick Street, unwind on the private terrace after a day of exploring & feed the friendly rainbow lorikeets named Claude & Maude. My partner and I lived in this beautiful apartment for 8 years and we love sharing this special place with guests. Located on the Yarra River, be immersed in nature whilst having easy access to explore popular nearby suburbs such as Northcote, Collingwood, Fiztroy and the CBD. You will have access to a private shared sitting area on the bank of the Yarra River just down from the apartment. But it is also only a five minute walk to the historic Fairfield Boathouse and various hiking tracks along the Yarra.
