We live in our Country home surrounded by our gardens and the glorious South Devon countryside. Cozy double room in quiet and convenient location

The room can be set up as either king size or two single beds, as required. Our house is in a quiet cul-de-sac within five minutes of the town centre, cycle path, river walks, train station, buses, park and leisure centre. On-site parking. We have a warm, light, comfortable and relaxed home. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for a cup of tea or meals. Likewise the garden when weather permits. We are happy to meet people whilst allowing for quiet, personal space when required.

Double room in Torquay UK (Room 2)

Clean, comfortable, pleasantly decorated, quiet double room with your own en-suite with shower, sink and toilet. Window looks over the peaceful and attractive back garden. Parking is in front of the house garage though not always guaranteed. Alternate parking on the main road before you get into the Close, which is a safe and quiet area. Light breakfast of cereal/toast included. We have a cat, so please check when booking if you are allergic or intolerant to cats.

Cosy retreat in peaceful country setting only 20 minutes from seaside towns of Sidmouth, Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton and the cathedral city Exeter. Ideal base for a couple or family. Beautiful country, coastal and moorland walks, the World Heritage Jurassic Coast, RSPB nature reserve and cycle paths. You won't be stuck for choice and ideal base to explore the area or visit family friends, attend a local wedding or get to and from Exeter airport.

A perfect location for all the city has to offer! Only 5 minutes walk to the Exeter University and Northcott theatre. The city centre, quayside and train station are just 10 minutes walk away! Recently extended, it is now a cosy, light-filled, self-contained annex with private access, ideal from which to explore the beautiful North Devon countryside. Accessed via steps to a stable door is a relaxing living/dining space, a double bed on a mezzanine floor and a small shower room. Guests have access to a small patio with seating in the cottage's lovely gardens.

My cottage is set in a quiet road within a pretty village surrounded by countryside yet only 5 minutes drive to the main Devon Expressway with links to Torquay (4 miles) Newton Abbot (2 miles) Totnes (9 miles) and Exeter (16 miles). I am offering a sunny double room with views to the open countryside. and a large light shared bathroom with shower bath which is cleaned daily. A continental breakfast is included (Gluten free option).
