Swim in the river, see the stars at night, Roos at dusk & dawn and a few cows. It is off-grid with solar power and water must be carted in. For the hot days there is an air cooler ( no Aircon), it always cools down at night. No heater inside but it is never too cold in winter. Firewood provided. Cooking on bbq outside! 😊

This classic 1970s beach shack has been lovingly updated throughout, combining the laid-back feel of the original home with modern design and comforts. You can’t help but relax here. Glimpses of the turquoise water filter in through almost every window. Meander down the private stairs to the beach and you’re in the water. Whale watching, fishing, golfing, 4X4 and boat trips to Montague Island are all on offer, along with a range of water sports on the nearby lakes.

Our cottage has a renovated bathroom & laundry on the outskirts of Moruya town, adjoining rural property. 10 min drive to beaches. Mogo Zoo & Batemans Bay 20 min north; Bodalla Dairy & art galleries 20 min south. Moruya has plenty of cafes & you can enjoy the popular Riverside Markets every Sat morning or the SAGE growers markets every Tues afternoon. OR simply relax with a wine & BBQ; a cuppa on the front verandah, or snuggle inside with the woodstove on & watch a DVD or stream shows.

This brand new house has everything you need, whether relaxing or having fun. At the South end of the beach is Broulee Island where there is a rare pocket of littoral rainforest. Excellent spots for fishing and a great surf break at Pinks Point. From vantage points on the island, you can spot migrating whales.
