Heron’s Haven on the Bayou

Relax at this peaceful, secluded escape offering a beautiful bayou view and plenty of room to unwind. This brand‑new guesthouse features all‑new appliances, furnishings, and modern comforts. The bedroom includes a king‑sized bed, with extra sleeping space available on the pullout couch and a queen air mattress. Located right on the water, guests have private access to a deck and dock. There is covered parking available for your boat or vehicle. Two public boat ramps are also just minutes away.

Located on a historic family farm that sits on the edge of the Macon Ridge allows for beautiful sunrises and sunsets. You and your family can enjoy hiking, canoeing, and biking. The Cottontail

We welcome you and your family to our home away from home. The Cottontail has the comforts of your home with lots of room for fun. Only ten minutes from town, this quiet and peaceful getaway sits in the country surrounded with nature trails and wildlife. It is a short drive (30 minutes) from Crossett, Monticello, Lake Village and a little over an hour to Greenville, MS and Monroe, LA. There is plenty of opportunities to explore and enjoy all this area has to offer.

The Shotgun Shack ❤️ of MS Delta

This Shotgun Shack is a genuine cypress board and batten shotgun shack. Construction of the cabin dates back to the late 1920’s, after the Great Flood of 1927. The shack was move to the property and has undergone a complete restoration. It has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Situated behind the antebellum Burrus Home a.k.a “The Baby Doll House”, near Benoit, MS. There is a gas station in Benoit that sells beverages and snacks but no grocery stores.

Stay and relax with all the comfort and amenities of home at 410 Spring Branch. This home accommodates eight people comfortably with three bedrooms. Fresh towels and necessities are stocked in the one and a half baths. Stream the game on one of the TV’s or just relax on the couch. The kitchen seats six and is fully stocked (minus the groceries) – coffee pot, microwave, & air fryer. No need for a laundromat, we’ve got you covered with a washer & dryer.

The Doll House

Enjoy The Doll House in a cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home, consisting of 2 queen beds and 1 full bed. There are also 2 folding beds for additional accommodations. Spacious living room with comfortable seating, 5 smart TVs with accessible Wifi. Relaxing and furnished patio area in gated back yard. Alarm system available as well, for guests to use during their stay. Check in instructions will be sent 1-2 days prior to check in. 🚫 No Smoking 🚫 No Pets

Savage Lane

Our father built this house beginning in 1981. It is located on our 40-acre farm, in front of my sister's cottage, about 100 yards from the house I share with our nephew, which was originally built by our grandparents in 1939. It is quiet, remote and peaceful. It is about seven miles to the nearest grocery stores and restaurants in Bastrop, and one mile to a Dollar General in Collinston. There is wifi in the house, as well as a Roku TV.

Rustic Apartment in Indianola, MS

Welcome to the Farm! A rustic apartment located on the Sunflower River. The apartment over looks our cow pastures. Other animals you might see are horses, chickens and goats. The newly redone deck with be a great spot to watch the sun set in the evenings. We are just a few miles south of the B.B. King museum and a short drives to many other blues trail spots. We also welcome Hunters looking for those Delta Ducks.

Water's Edge Oasis

Water's Edge Oasis puts you right in the middle of the Arkansas Delta, minutes from the Mississippi River, close to Greenville, MS, and surrounded by great fishing and hunting. The cabin sleeps four, with two bedrooms, a full kitchen, air conditioning, washer, and free parking on-site. It's a comfortable, simple space built for people who came to enjoy the great outdoors.

The Bunkhouse

The Bunkhouse 2 bed,1 bath,full kitchen, washer, and dryer sits deep in the MS delta crop land and out in the country away from the busy towns. With a nice front porch, BBQ grill, and fire pit you can slow down and relax. This house has WiFi but no TV. A great place to stay when coming through or if you're working in the area.

The Cabin at Transylvania

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. If you appreciate detail you will love our cabin! Our cabin is located at The little RV Park at Transylvania. We have a pavillion with a grill and fire pit for you to enjoy! We also have a small coin laundry on the premises.Come enjoy the beautiful country sunsets.
