This beautiful, new apartment features one bedroom with a king bed, full bathroom, full kitchen, dining area, living room with sleeper sofa, and outdoor deck with table and chairs. Located near the point on Emerald Isle, so you can avoid traffic traveling down the island! Two bikes and two beach chairs are available for the short bike ride to the beach. Linens provided. Enjoy your coffee or lounge in a hammock on one of four decks. Pack a lunch and kayak to an island in the sound. Water access is 300 feet from the front door. Look for seashells at the beach, only .2 miles away, or walk along the 11-mile bike path that runs through the heart of Emerald Isle. Public boat ramp is only 1.1 miles from the house.

This is a family beach located in Emerald Isle, NC. It is a quiet location and super relaxing but also a short drive to several great towns with dining, shopping, and sightseeing!! The house is a duplex; one side is the rental unit and the other side is for owner’s use. The house sits up high and has great ocean views from the covered back porch! There are stairs from the backyard to the street, turn left, and then only about 4 houses down to the beach access stairs. Super convenient!
