Embrace the Scandinavian design aesthetics of this wood-clad apartment. The home features plank flooring, unique artwork throughout, pops of color, an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furnishings, and rooftop views. You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

Undisturbed and high above the water at the very front of Aarhus docklands. Spectacular views of the bay with beautiful sunrises. Two bedrooms; one double bed and two single beds. Compact living space combining modern kitchen, dining area and lounge. Spacious bathroom. Addictive balcony for coffee in the morning or an evening drink. Private parking in basement. Enjoy the tranquility at home or the vibe in the trendy harbour area, or walk 20 minutes to city centre. Bedding and towels included.

Badehus, unik beliggenhed på mole, m/P-plads

Unik mulighed for at bo direkte på molen og bare 3 meter fra vandkanten i det ikoniske Bjarke Ingels byggeri på nyopførte Aarhus Ø. Wifi og privat p-plads medfølger. I godt vejr er havnepromenaden lige udenfor velbesøgt. Hyggelig og veludnyttet badehus med sovehems. Fantastisk, sydvendt, 180 graders panoramaudsigt til vand, havn og byens skyline. Small living når det er allerbedst - perfekt for par eller forretningsrejsende. The-køkken med elkedel og køleskab - ikke muligt at lave varmt mad.

Tiny House Lindebo near by the Beach

Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Village nearby Aarhus cozy cottage

hyggelig, nyere træhytte med køkken m. køleskab, mikrobølgeovn og kogeplade, el-miniovn. Gulvvarme i hytten. Toilet, dusch med varmvandsbeholder 30l, (kort dusch) Dobbeltseng, sofa, spisebord, lille terasse. Tv og wifi. Hytten ligger i haven tæt ved vores hus. Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

Charmerende villa m. pool 250m fra badestrand

Nyd roen og hyggen i vores charmerende, moderniserede hus fra 1966, fyldt med grønne planter og dejlig atmosfære. Skøn have med bl.a. pool og orangeri, og 250 meter fra hoveddøren kan du bade eller gå tur ved en dejlig strand med Århusbugtens længste badebro. Huset rummer to gode soveværelser med tilsammen tre senge i 120-, 140- og 180cm bredde. Køkken og badeværelse er pænt og velfungerende uden at være nyt og fancy, og der er hvad du skal bruge til at føle dig hjemme under dit ophold.

Sommerhus Skæring Strand med udendørs spa

Slap af i denne charmerende og hyggelige sommerhytte i naturskønne omgivelser ved Skæring strand tæt på Aarhus C: -300 meter til Skæring strand(2 paddle boards) -15. mins. kørsel til Århus C. -30. mins. til Mols Bjerge -gode indkøbsmuligheder tæt på Hytten er omgivet af en dejlig stor terrasse med spisebord(varmelamper), stor gril og et 6 personers udendørs spa, der er varmt året rundt. Der er to soveværelser(dobbeltsenge) og tre sofaer i stuen. Huset har en varmepumpe og brændeovn.

Brewers Guesthouse

Super cozy and homely annex/mini-summer house with a small terrace out front. The annex is located 250 meters from the water, where you will find a beach with a jetty. It is 20 m2 and has a cozy terrace and lawn that invites you to have a lot of fun and games. The annex consists of a bathroom and a combined bedroom/living room/kitchenette in one. There is a private entrance to the wooden terrace, where the summer sun can be enjoyed in the relaxing surroundings. TV with chromecast.

Hyggeligt “tinyhouse” gæstehus på Frederiksbjerg

(See english description below) Lyst og venligt “tinyhouse” gæstehus med plads til en person - og mulighed for et par. Der er bordplads og stole foran huset til en kop kaffe eller en læsestund - andre pladser i gården er forbeholdt os selv og vores naboer. Cosy “tinyhouse” guesthouse with enough space for one person - or a couple. We have table and chairs in front of the house, for a cup of coffee - other seatings in the yard are reserved for our neighbors and ourselves.

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Storbyen Aarhus, Letbanen, busforbindelser, 1 km til motorvej, 4-5 km til stranden, landsby idyl. det er en lille landsby med 5 gårde Rolige naturskønne områder (kommunal skov 1 km. ) Stor fællesområde med græs. Lidt væk fra det hele. Men rare og venlige omgivelser. Skrev en der lejede det ja det er rigtigt, der er 1,5 km til byer med forretninger, byerne er Hjortshøj, Skødstrup, Skæring.

In beautiful Skæring 15 km north of Aarhus is our cozy old architect designed cottage. Here you get nostalgia and comfort in a class by itself . The house has two bedroom , bathroom with tub. Separate toilet. Kitchen with stove , fridge / freezer and dishwasher. In the lovely bright living room are comfortable leather furniture and a cozy rocking chair. Beside the house is a small path leading to one of the best beaches in Aarhus region.
