King & queen size beds and fully equipped kitchen offers a perfect get away where comfort & convenience meet. Golf course, splash pad, restaurants, dog park, walking trails, casino and more only a very short drive away. Kid & small dog friendly! Designed thinking of our guests!

Peaceful country living near Philpott Lake. Outdoors trails, hunting and fishing. Near Blue Ridge Parkway, National and State parks. Enjoy the nature in a very private, quiet cottage. Very clean non smoking, 65" TV/home theatre, WI-FI , Wood Burning Stove, and outdoor fire pit (wood provided) for your enjoyment. Come and distress yourself at Hope Haven Cottage. Pets: We welcome pets. If you have more than 2 pets, please contact us for approval. There is a pet fee of $50 for the entire stay.

5 Star Apartment (1000sf) w/Garage(NoCleaningFees)

This 5 Star private guest suite located in Henry County, VA is separate from the main house. The apartment is 1000 square foot of living space. The new addition has beautiful granite countertops, ceiling fan, and a large bathroom with a ceramic walk-in shower. Great neighborhood, this in-law suite is about 40 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway and 20 minutes from the Martinsville Speedway. Philpott Lake is 8 miles away. Industrial Park is less than 2 miles away. It is 8 minutes from SOVAH.

Ed's Retreat

2 bedroom/1 bathroom house. Full kitchen. Full beds in each bedroom. Comfortable living room with a smart TV. Wifi access. Walking distance to a recreational center with a playground, pickleball courts and a walking track. Minutes from restaurants and shopping. Private driveway that will accommodate 2 cars. You will have to provide your own bedding and towels. Full size washer and dryer. Basic kitchen items. The heat/air must stay between 68 and 74 or I will be charged an extra $10 a day.

The Porch at Fairystone is your home away from home. This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom vacation home boasts a large open concept with the living area, kitchen and dining area all in one large room. Through a beautiful barn door you’ll find your bedroom and in-unit laundry closet with washer and dryer. Enjoy a beautiful outdoor dining space with chairs for 3 and a grill to cook your favorite meals. Just minutes away from Fairystone State Park, Goose Point, and Philpott Marina, Dam and Lake.

Our tiny house is beautifully appointed with everything you need to live (and work!) in luxury two miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway and two miles from downtown Floyd, VA. Need a break from the stress of the daily grind? Come and clear your head and recharge in 26+ acres of serenity. Sit on the front porch with a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise and maybe even see a few of the many deer or turkeys that roam the property. Hike the trails that parallel the stream or visit our small lake that is stocked with fish. In the evening cookout on the screened in back porch as you reconnect with the folks that you love and watch the sun set.
