The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Dans un immeuble cossu et bourgeois, ce magnifique appartement avec ascenseur au dernier étage et ses 2 suites parentales vous offrira tout le confort moderne. L’appartement possède 2 toilettes ( 1 wc indépendant, et 1 wc dans une suite parentale). Calme, très lumineux, sécurisé avec visiophone Hôtel de ville à 5 min Vieux lyon à 10 min Place Bellecour à 4 min

Le Burlat - Studio Tassin - Lyon

Au calme dans le jardin de notre maison familiale, nous avons réhabilité un bâtiment annexe en deux jolis studios très lumineux. Vous trouverez tout le confort : climatisation, cuisine équipée, WIFI... Aux beaux jours, profitez d'un espace extérieur. A 10 min à pied du centre de Tassin (commerces, poste...) vous serez dans un quartier résidentiel de maisons anciennes du début du 20ème siècle entourées de grands jardins. Un petit air de campagne paisible à 15 min de l'hypercentre de Lyon.
