Enjoy a drink and nibbles on the verandah, or wander down to the town’s CBD (approx 500m) or historic Port of Echuca (approx. 1 km) where an abundance of amazing pubs, restaurants & boutique shopping await you! A beautiful bush walking track around the Campaspe River is at the end of the street.

Located a short drive from central Echuca, 600 meters from a public boat ramp and walking tracks to the mighty Murray River. Family friendly, four-bedroom holiday home, fully equipped with all the luxuries to ensure you have a relaxing getaway. There is a stunning solar heated pool with an undercover entertaining area. There is also a fenced grass area for the kids to play safely with a trampoline. There is a separate courtyard with a large outdoor setting and BBQ.

KYABRAM HOUSE

Kyabram House is located in the main street of Kyabram and is a fully self-contained 1930’s Californian bungalow and is ideal for families and groups visiting Kyabram and the surrounding Goulburn River Valley areas. Kyabram House is a lovely character home, only 200m from the CBD, which sleeps eight people comfortably, fully renovated and complete with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Kyabram. We are family and pet friendly with a safe enclosed rear yard. 

Crofton Cottage Port of Echuca

Beautiful intimate accommodation and garden to relax and unwind. At Crofton Cottage you will enjoy a magnificent period style boutique cottage, superbly finished in the finest detail. The perfect location for the best holiday in the heritage area of the famous Historic Port of Echuca, set opposite Victoria Park reserve just 200 meters from the Murray River and the Campaspe River. All level ground - easy 10 minute stroll to the cafe's, hotels and local shops.

Mary Ann Road Garden Cottage

Mary Ann Road Garden Cottage is a self-contained, one bedroom cabin, looking onto the garden trees and flower beds of our semi-rural property on the edge of Echuca. While perfectly suited for couples or single travellers, the cottage is unsuitable for people travelling with pets. Only 8 minutes’ drive from the centre of Echuca, everything is within comfortable reach; but you’ll sleep in the country peace and quiet and probably wake to the sound of birdsong.

Charming Central Cottage on McKinlay Street

This charming centrally located cottage on McKinlay Street is located a short 1km drive to the town center, a 2km drive to the Echuca East boat ramp and is located within walking distance to the beautiful Murray River walking tracks. This 3 bedroom rustic cottage is family and pet friendly. The house is equipped with all the luxuries of home including a spacious backyard and an undercover entertaining area.

Milkman’s Cottage In the heart of Kyabram

Milkman’s Cottage is located within walking distance to Kyabram’s CBD. It’s name was inspired by the block originally housing the local dairy where milk was packaged then delivered by horse and cart. The horse and stables were also located on this property. A cottage was built on the same block where the owner lived. This is what we have restored for people to enjoy while visiting Kyabram and surrounds.

A home away from home in the heart of Echuca! This beautifully renovated 2-bedroom loft is perfectly located in the historic Port of Echuca—just steps from shops, cafes, the river, and more. It’s the ideal space for a weekend away, longer stay, or work trip. Stylish, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you need. Note: Located next to a high school—some weekday noise may occur.

Little Bird Cottage

A charming 3 bedroom 1 bathroom, pet friendly cottage situated in the heart of Echuca. Little Bird Cottage is a beautifully presented, immaculately clean home within walking distance of The Murray River, Port of Echuca, and all of the restaurants, cafes, and shops in between. We do not accept bookings for bucks/hens parties or football/netball trips. No exceptions.

Regent Retreat Holiday Unit

Relax and unwind at this beautiful newly renovated 2 bedroom unit. The unit is situated in central Moama with the Woolworths shopping complex, restaurants, pubs and takeaway restaurants only a short walk away. The unit is perfectly set up to suit couples, families and friends for a fun weekend getaway or also great for longer stays and business trips.
