Newly renovated single story house close to Franklin Street and Sunrise Biscuit Kitchen! An easy walk to University Place, the Chapel Hill Community Playground, restaurants, coffee houses, walking/biking trails and more! 3 bedrooms plus a full-sized sofa bed in the living room give plenty of room for guests to sleep and enjoy their privacy. Dining room table seats 6 with a new kitchen to enjoy a great meal. Please note that the driveway can accommodate 2 cars; there is no on-street parking.

Chapel Hill Studio Hideaway

This stand alone studio has a fully functional kitchen complete with fridge and countertop stove, a renovated bathroom with walk-in shower, and separated lounge and sleeping areas, all contained in a compact space for travelers on a budget who don’t want to compromise luxury. This studio is the lower portion of the Rolling Road Retreat, with only shared spaces of parking and patio with potential guests of the house. Studio is separated from the main house by a door that locks from both sides.

Book this incredible tiny house for the perfect romantic getaway in the heart of Chapel Hill! It sits in a private forest full of wildlife but is only a 5-minute walk to Franklin Street and the UNC campus. Enjoy amazing views from the floor-to-ceiling windows of foxes and deer playing on the lawn. Lounge on the wall-to-wall hammock as you gaze at the trees through the skylights. Come stay in our private suite on the lower level of our home! We have a great location only 9 minutes drive to UNC and easy access to I-40 gets you to RDU and the airport easily. We provide high speed internet with ethernet hookup and mesh wifi with a dedicated workstation. Large flatscreen TV includes at least 3 streaming services and our personal digital movie library through Apple TV app. Fully stocked Keurig station with coffee, tea and the morning basics!

Modern Tiny House in the Trees

You'll feel like you're getting away from it all in this modern, private tiny house in the trees (even though you're minutes from Duke, and downtown Durham, and loads of shopping and restaurants). All the right amenities are here - full kitchen, laundry, A/C, and high-speed internet - but don't be surprised if you find yourself opting to relax in the swing on the screened-in porch while you soak in the sounds of the birds and the trees instead.

Tucked in a peaceful cul-de-sac neighborhood, this two-story condo is part of a larger townhome complex that has access to a clubhouse, pool, tennis court, basketball hoop, and doggy play area. The property provides direct access to the Bolin Creek trail for walking, running, and biking. The townhome is a short, 0.3 mile walk to the town/university bus stop and a 10-minute drive to UNC Hospital.
