As the night sets in, enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple outside and spend your evening stargazing over the valley from the hot tub.

The Annex forms part of our lovely countryside home. It is a quiet and peaceful self contained 2 bed 2 bath property with its own entrance, parking and garden area. It is situated just a short walk from the SW coastal path and a mile from the outstanding beaches of East Portlemouth and the vibrant seaside town of Salcombe, across the harbour. Nick and Sameena your hosts have recently taken over hosting themselves and will do their very best to make your stay a happy and relaxed time.

This is the perfect getaway for complete privacy whilst being a few minutes away from the beautiful South Hams beaches, and lovely waterside towns of Kingsbridge and Salcombe.

1 Town Cottage - East Prawle

You can find our cottage in the wonderful and unique village of East Prawle, the most southerly point of Devon. Our cottage with sea-views is on a quiet road and has one space for parking directly outside, it is a 5 minute walk from the brilliant local pub, village shop, cafe and coastal path Originally built in 1750 for the farmer’s tenants, we’ve recently restored and renovated the building (hence why it’s new to book!) You will find everything you need for a wonderful stay

You'll also have a flower-filled courtyard garden and long views across the fields - count real sheep as you doze off...

Set on the edge of the popular rural coastal village of East Prawle. In the village is the quirky Pigs Nose Inn, open all year round, and a small seasonal shop and cafe. The nearest beach is a hilly 20 minute walk and the beautiful South West coast path is right on your doorstep.

Salcombe is easily reached by foot ferry from East Portlemouth 5 miles away.
