Converted from an ancient barn, The Milking Parlour is part of Little Wadstray farm. Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally-located 2 storey apartment. Stanter's Brake is a luxury annex adjoining a larger house in the heart of Kingsbridge with free off street parking and wifi. It boasts its own front door and a spacious well equipped kitchen. Upstairs is a huge light and airy bed sitting room and ensuite shower. It has a comfortable kingsized bed, sitting area and smart TV, plus a free standing bath. There is a balcony where you can enjoy a drink or dinner for two.

There's lots to see and many reasons to just relax! Just over 2 miles to the nearest beach and 30 mins drive from beautiful Dartmoor.

Cosy converted granary set in quiet countryside

Beautifully converted granary, affording stunning views of the rolling countryside and plenty of outdoor space and parking to suit your needs. Equal distance from Totnes, Dartmouth, Salcombe and Kingsbridge, but importantly good reachable distance from the beach. The Granary, which is set upon a local bridle path is walking distance of the local pub and dogs are very welcome here. cosy nights by the wood burner or sipping wine by the fire pit after a long, lazy day at the near by beaches.

Cavasson at Pitt Farm

Rated 5* by Visit England, Cavasson sleeps 2 (with space for a cot which we can provide). It has fully equipped kitchen, use of leisure facilities including heated indoor pool, games room and tennis court. Great location in South Devon close to brilliant beaches. Pitt Farm is a small holiday cottage complex of 7 cottages. The pool, tennis and other facilities are shared between these cottages. No garden but there's an outdoor table and chairs for al-fresco dining / sundowners.

The estate is centrally situated in the heart of the South Hams, and is within driving distance to a number of beautiful beaches, Dartmoor and the pretty towns of Dartmouth, Totnes, Modbury, Kingsbridge and Salcombe. Guests have access to 18 acres of land to explore including pretty woodland walkways, an orchard, and a peaceful seating area overlooking a lake.

Our lakeside caravan, Bluebell, sits at the end of a magical valley - sleeps 4 ( incl separate double bedroom). Also enjoy chill-out Lake Barn (log burner, cooking hob, fridge freezer, microwave, comfy chairs, dining table), horsetrailer bathroom & shower. Wifi, barbecue, fire pit, tree house. We can provide a 2-bed tent or bring your own tent/camper van for additional fee. Well behaved dogs by permission.
