The Studio

The Studio is a very private guest house created from a former art studio, elegantly furnished with a country flair. Located in a farm area, this is a perfect getaway location - convenient to lavender farms, beaches, and mountains, yet less than 10 minutes from downtown Sequim. The property features a private gated entrance, mountain view, fenced and landscaped yard, and ample parking. A bank of Cypress trees provides afternoon shade, and there is a fireplace to cozy up to on chilly evenings.

He wisely recognized for decades to come this would be a prized place of rest, enjoyed by 5 generations. Our two kayaks for beginners and new paddle board are available for rent. This unit is ideal for both weekend adventurers and long-stay guests, especially those that enjoy biking and walking. The huge windows on the south side highlight the stunning view of the Olympic Mountains and create a bright open space (great for yoga enthusiasts!) You'll hear coyotes yipping at night, and catch glimpses of eagles and sea birds in the day.

It’s located about 10 minutes to shopping, restaurants and gas stations and about a 10 minute walk to the water, which is so worth the sunsets. Wifi and a well stocked kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are also included. This listing shares a driveway with a separate RV listing, but you will have your own parking spot.
