The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). New modern kitchen from Ballingslöv with everything you need to cook for one or more people. The apartment has an open floor plan.
