Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Note, other tenants live in the same building but have separate entrances. Easy access to buses, commuter train (Stuvsta), and metro (Fruängen). Nearby amenities include grocery stores, shopping malls, and a cinema in Kungens Kurva. A small grocery store is just a 5-minute walk away.

We rent a spacious, bright and fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment of 52sqm in our house from the 70's. The apartment has its own entrance and is completely renovated with fine modern materials. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating under the light gray concrete floor which extend through the entire apartment. New modern kitchen from Ballingslöv with everything you need to cook for one or more people. The apartment has an open floor plan.

Glöm alla vardagliga bekymmer i detta rymliga och fridfulla boende. Här finns det plats för 4vuxna som vill bo rymligt och ostört. Två inglasade terrasser ger extra utrymme. Egen tomt och trädgård. Två våningsplan badrum/wc i båda planen. Öppen planlösning i nedre planen. Jag hyr ut mitt hus medans den väntar försäljning. Det finns allt i köket ( för ca 6 personer) att kunna laga mat och äta. Totalt 4 sängar för vuxna.
