Welcome to the Tipsy Turtle Holiday Home Nestled within a secure gated community, this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home was built in mid2024 and has all the modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including: a full kitchen, coffee machine, reverse cycle air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The Tipsy Turtle Holiday Home is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and offers easy access to key attractions to help you relax, unwind and indulge in the beauty of Busselton.

This beautifully presented beach house with a large balcony suitable for entertaining and offering views to the ocean and the wetlands. With only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the beach access where you can drive along the white sandy beach and meets the mouth of the Capel River. Enjoy fishing, snorkelling, swimming or relaxing at Peppy Beach. Please note:- All long weekends are a minimum of 3 night stay except Easter which is a minimum of 4 nights.

The Beach House is a modern, architect designed, luxury holiday home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has wonderful ocean views from every room and views across the local wetlands. With only a 100 metre walk to a beautiful sandy beach, the Beach House is perfect for swimming, fishing and enjoying the outdoors. Located just 2 hours from Perth and midway between Bunbury and Busselton, the Beach House is the perfect base to explore all that "down south" can offer.

The Deli House on Charles

The Deli House A quaint cottage attached to one of Bunbury's old Icons The Charles Street Deli. This cosy home has full kitchen facilities, new bathroom/laundry facilities although we retained the SHOWER ABOVE THE BATH in keeping with the era. This may not suit the elderly. It has a large secure backyard & plenty of parking for cars, boats. Walking distance to Centrepoint Shopping Centre, town centre, great cafes, restaurants, cinemas & the Entertainment Centre.

Tegwans Nest, a newly renovated spacious country home nestled in the beautiful rolling hills of Balingup with a modern yet country classic feel, open airy living areas, cosy log fire, expansive veranda with breathtaking views, and a promise of rest and relaxation.
