We purchased this cabin as our family's vacation home and wanted to share the peace and comfort it has afforded us with others. The home was built in 2005 in withstood the terrible fires that destroyed a large number of buildings in 2020. Thankfully our cabin survived and the town is rebuilding! The cabin located right off of Highway 22 across from Detroit Lake. The cabin is surrounded by trees on a quiet dead end road. Has heating and air conditioning, as well as high speed internet. *no pets

Located near Hwy 22 in Mill City (30 miles from I-5 & Salem) The cabin was home to the Charlie Stewart Family in 1949. Updated in 2022. It comfortably fits 2 adults & 1 child. Sofa bed is NOT recommended for adults. New King Bed. Private, the whole place is yours! No shared walls; our home is behind the cabin. Great for travellers, kayakers, and campers. Both Silver Falls State Park and Abiqua Falls are under 20mi from this location and worth the trip.

Drive down a long private road, set off of the HWY, to find a riverfront cabin amidst the lush Willamette National Forest. As you wind through the driveway you will find a sanctuary for relaxation, recreation, and comfort. A trail from the back deck will lead you down to the bank of the emerald waters of the McKenzie River. The McKenzie River Trail parallels the property, and is accessed from the private road to the cabin. The property has a campground setting, with river and forest views.
