It is not in the most desirable neighborhood (more unsightly than unsafe). There are a few unkept houses on the block, although the area is slowly improving. It is located within walking distance to the police/fire stations and a cute downtown area. The home was recently updated to include a 2-camera alarm system, WiFi, etc. It is priced accordingly for the area.
