An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The Annex at Waterfield House in South Devon

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.

Parking in the drive for up to 3 cars. 5 mins walk to the beach, the famous Brunel railway, the beautiful central lawn with its stream and iconic black swans. 5 mins walk to public transport, pubs, eateries and much more.

Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The property is in a ideal location, only 3 mins walk to the town centre, 10 mins walk to the sea front, 7 mins walk to Teignmouth Train Station, 15 mins walk to Shaldon. We are Dog friendly but pets cannot be left unattended in the property.

Great base for walking or cycling or just relaxing on the patio or strolling around our fields which have frontage to the River Teign. Several local country pubs nearby.

It is a fully self-contained ground floor space comprising of a double bedroom, lounge, bathroom and kitchen with a cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine. There is a TV, DVD's, CD player and an outdoor space with a delightful gazebo and a picnic table and chairs for relaxation. It is ideally placed for the beach, Dartmoor, Jurassic Coast, SouthWest Coast Path and the Steam Service to Dartmouth.
