The house has modern furnishings, mesh wifi throughout, fibre broadband and multiple televisions. The beach and town centre are a 20 minute walk away or a 5 minute drive in the car. The countryside is on our doorstep and you can take beautiful country walks where you can see stunning views of Teignmouth, Dawlish and Exmouth in the distance.

We are Dog friendly but pets cannot be left unattended in the property.

Our house is perfectly situated for visiting all that Exeter has to offer. It sits just below the old city wall across the road from the River Exe, just a short walk from the centre with all its shops, eateries and historic features. Or use the Miller's Crossing footbridge opposite, and stroll along the river to the old Quay.
