A great value, quirky and cheerful cosy nest of your own to retreat to when exploring the local nature, countryside and coast or as a convenient stopover when visiting Exeter or Cornwall. The caravan sits in my beautiful garden close to Haldon Forest, the Exe Estuary and the South Devon Coast of Dawlish Warren, Dawlish and Teignmouth. Perfect for walkers, birdwatchers, cyclists and nature lovers. Of road parking, A secure back garden safe for well behaved dogs. Safe storage for bikes, kayaks.

Set in an idyllic three acres of rolling countryside near Dawlish, Leat Cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind, a great base from which to explore the south west or an inspiring retreat to write or paint. A warm welcome awaits you to a cosy cottage set in stunning rural surroundings and only a 45 minute walk or 5-10 minute drive to Dawlish, 15-20 minute drive to Teignmouth or 25 minute drive to Exeter. Part of a small complex of 5 cottages, The Linhay is set back behind the courtyard, in its own secluded area. Downstairs there is a comfy lounge with log burner and patio doors to a private patio area. A kitchen/diner with full-size cooker, microwave and fridge. Good size downstairs bathroom. Maximum Occupancy 2 persons (sorry no children). No pets.

This newly refurbished first floor apartment has two bedrooms, 1 king and 1 double, open plan dining and living area, fully equipped kitchen and modern shower room. It has dedicated parking but if you don’t fancy driving, Dawlish has a train station. Explore Torquay, Exeter and Paignton or walk the South Devon coastal path.

The Dawlish Hideaway

Our newly created bijou apartment is ideal for two people, although there's a sofabed should you wish to have two children staying too. We're a five minute walk to Dawlish town centre, the nearest beach and railway station. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater. The bed is a standard double with storage. The accommodation is not suitable for people with limited mobility. There are 12 steps down to the unit. Well behaved dogs are welcome. On-street parking.
