Beautifully built farmhouse cottage tucked away with gorgeous views minutes to downtown Salisbury and I-85. Enjoy the rocking chair front porch overlooking sprawling wooded acres and farm. One bedroom with a king bed and full bath and the other with a twin over full size bottom bunk bed. Fully stocked with all the necessities & more! This property shares 17 acres with a main house located approximately 250ft from the home. We are on a farm with guard dogs, therefore, no pets no service animals.

Relax and enjoy the comforts of home, where you can watch the sunrise while enjoying a warm cup of coffee on the large screen porch, wooden deck or patio area waterfront on High Rock Lake. An additional bedroom upstairs offers extra comfort and privacy, accommodating at least two guests, and a beautiful view of the outdoor splendor.

Experience luxury lakeside living at our newly built (July 2021) 2-bed, 2-bath home on High Rock Lake. With a private pier & 1 kayak + paddleboard, enjoy a day on the water before grilling up dinner & relaxing by the fire pit. Watch your favorite shows on the 70" smart TV or drift off to sleep in a king bed. With an inflatable queen mattress, up to 6 guests can enjoy a comfortable stay. Explore North Carolina's hidden gem, High Rock Lake, with ease!

Oar House - Lakefront, Pier, Boat Ramp & Fire Pit

Cozy lakefront home sleeps 15 on High Rock Lake is newly renovated with 5 bedrooms & 3 full baths, parking for 6 vehicles, fast WIFI, and Roku TV's. Enjoy true lake-life at our spacious house taking in the beautiful lake view from the 620 sf porch or sitting at our private pier. Sunsets right in front of the property and is directly across from goat island. Either rent a boat locally, or bring your own boat and jet skis, using our boat launch.

Outdoor living at it’s best! Enjoy the wonderful view and fantastic sunsets! Relax in this beautiful, sprawling setting on High Rock Lake. A perfect getaway for all ages. The 3 slip dock and private boat ramp provide access to endless waterfront fun. Come enjoy the amazing lake view while you relax in the hot tub, grill at the outdoor kitchen, visit with your guests, and dine on the huge furnished patio. Kayaks can be available.
