Goldie Guest Suite is a private getaway right in the middle of all the OBX has to offer! A short walking distance to the ocean (appx 3 minute drive, .4 miles) and other popular sights. Across from a local church, your host is a preacher and family of 4, plus two dogs and a cat. A pet-friendly private suite on the ground level with a private entry, patio, and fenced yard just for you and your furry friend. A quiet neighborhood and polite neighbors. Located right on the 7th hole of the Seascape Golf course and barely over a half-mile from the beach. Ride the provided bicycles to the local restaurants. Our place is walking distance to the beach and Nags Head Town Park . There are some hiking trails to the Albemarle sound. Dowdy Park and the YMCA are also close. We are located in walking/ biking distance to great local restaurants, ice cream shops, surf shops, coffee shops, grocery stores, antique stores, yoga studios, and much , much more. The walk to Barnes St beach Access is about a 10 - 15 min walk less on bikes . Parking is free at our beach accesses.

Our apartment is located on the first floor of our home, which is one of the only Solar Powered homes in the Outer Banks! Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to the sound, we have a perfect location which is close to everything. Our space includes the use of our outdoor shower and beach parking passes. We have a great yard for lounging, sun bathing or playing with dogs. Come and check out our "Cave" by the waves!

Golf course location near beach

1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with private entrance on golf course. Close to beach, shopping, and restaurants. We are 550 yards from beach so you can walk to beach or use free parking at beach accesses close by. You do have to cross the main highway so with summer traffic it is a little harder but some people still choose to walk. Close to Wright Brothers National Park. During the summer we do require a 3 night minimum.

Island Waterfront Paradise

Pack your bags and join us on quiet Colington Island away from the hubbub of the main highway but still a short 10 minute drive to the Kill Devil Hills beach access with an abundance of restaurants and entertainment. Nestled under a 200+ year old Live Oak, enjoy a peaceful view of the wild life and water from your bedroom and dining area. You may even hear our great horned owl bidding you goodnight at dusk.
