This delightful 1970’s home is updated to meet your every need and is located near downtown Broken Arrow and less than a mile from the Rose District and its array of shopping and eating venues. You're just 12 minutes to downtown Tulsa or 20 minutest to the Gathering Place, Cherry Street or the new Outlet Mall. You will have easy access to nearby expressways and hassle-free travel. Come enjoy relaxing in this lovely retreat.

Guest House

The guesthouse is located on our wooded 5 acres. Guests will share access to the pool and outdoor space based on availability. Pool and outdoor space are offered preference to private party bookings and we will let you know if there are private parties booked when the space is unavailable. If you’d like to host a private party, you’re welcome to check out the availability through our Swimply profile or message me for inquiries. One king bed, two twin beds and the sofa makes out into a bed.

Cozy Country Cottage

This cozy cottage is set on five acres of scenic countryside just north-east of Tulsa. I designed and built this 480 square foot home for myself and lived in it happily for five years. But, now I’ve moved on to my next project and I’m eager to share this cottage with my guests! The house gets beautiful light, has a very comfortable bed, and is ideal for single travelers and couples. Take a soak in the tub after a long day on the road and feel your cares melt away. Stay a while, relax.
