Casa teo è uno spazio ampio ed arioso che si affaccia su un giardino soleggiato e ben attrezzato. Gode di una vista di mare a perdita d’occhio, direttamente sulla Riviera dei Ciclopi. L’arredamento è essenziale ed elegante, semplice ma funzionale, ogni particolare ben curato. L’appartamento , quasi interamente rivolto verso il mare, è una recente ristrutturazione di una casa del primi del 900 : -la zona pranzo/soggiorno dà direttamente sul giardino ed è attrezzata per ogni necessità -la camera da letto matrimoniale ha un bagno esclusivo -un ulteriore soggiorno dispone di due divani letto e di un altro bagno. Il parcheggio è privato, così come la discesa al lungomare Scardamiano di AciCastello, ricco di stabilimenti balneari forniti di ogni servizio. Si può raggiungere a piedi il centro di Acitrezza in pochi minuti.

The terrace and the balcony are furnished to make you relax and enoy the beautiful view of Mount Etna and the unforgettable sunsets. Our house offers a beautiful garden with tropical plants and a big swimmingpool. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with tub and shower and a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a babybed if needed, free of charge, please request when booking. There is a wonderful private guest veranda to enjoy as well. Free parking inside the premises.
