Au cœur d’un village vigneron de la Riviera vaudoise (patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO). Idéal pour couple ou couple avec un enfant (éventuellement deux). Rez de chaussée du 16 ème siècle entièrement rénové et équipé. Proche du lac comme des montagnes. Tout près de Montreux (12 km) et Vevey. Musée Chaplin! A 15 minutes en voiture de Lausanne. Idéal pour des balades à pied ou en vélo dans les vignes ou dans la forêt. Accessible en transports public (train + bus ou funiculaire).

Le Nid des Plantées

Ce petit studio, niché en pleine nature, est parfait pour une parenthèse ressourçante. Entouré de châtaigniers et de tilleuls centenaires, il constitue un point de départ idéal pour de nombreuses randonnées. Le lac est accessible à pied en 10 minutes (comptez 20 minutes au retour, avec 200 m de dénivelé!). Les pistes cyclables sont également toutes proches. Un lieu simple, intime et tourné vers la nature – parfait pour se reposer, marcher… ou simplement ralentir un peu.

Beautiful flat of 110m2 with two bedrooms, a private garden, terrace and spacious veranda. It also has a large living room and a beautiful dining room/kitchen. The place is tastefully decorated. The view is panoramic on the lake and the mountains. The entrance to the A9 motorway is 3 minutes away. Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!

Magnificent private studio in a quiet annex of a contemporary villa. You will enjoy access to the rooftop with a 360 view of the lake and the mountains. The studio is located 5 minutes by car from Vevey / Montreux and 10 from the Lavaux (Unesco) vineyards. A bus connects the Tour de Peilz in a few minutes with a link to Vevey Lausanne, Geneva. For cleaning reasons, checkin and checkout times are not flexible. We don't accept pets or children.

Your loft in Vevey is located in the pedestrian zone directly on the Quai. A large comfortable bed (200x210cm) can be split on request. Cot(s) if required. Well-stocked library for rainy days. The highlight is the terrace with a magnificent view. The table in front of the loft is reserved for you. The shower/WC is small but functional. Kitchen with large gas cooker, oven, dishwasher and cool crockery. Natural materials and beautiful furniture.

Our completely refurbished apartment is located on one level in a country chalet with its own entrance, terrace and parking space. Beautiful walks await you in the surrounding area.
